Automated Cabinet Door Production Line Introduction

This automatic production line is equipped with 7 material warehouse, automatic open door, the truss manipulator is used to transport raw materials efficiently. A set of marking, spray code integrated machining center and a set of working procedure back machining center used to drilling. A set of plate flipping machine, multi-belt conveyor, 3 sets of front cutting machining center complete the process of taking the material, spraying code/labeling, drilling, flipping plate, feeding, cutting, to realize the technological process of "1 drag 3".

Statistical actual processing experiment, a machining center needs 12 minutes to finish one sheet of cutting processing; Each plate is calculated according to the area of 2.6 square meters, can process 13 square meters of plate per hour, according to 8 hours of working time per day, each machining center can achieve 104 square meters of plate cutting; This set of 1-drag 3 cabinet intelligent production line can achieve 312 square meters of plate processing every day, equal to 120 sheets of high-efficiency production capacity, (the entire production line standard equipped with 2 people).

The movement of Taking/Feeding Truss Robot (ZM-RB-1212)
X-axis: Effective stroke 11 meters (Satisfy the layout of 7-position bunker and 3 sets of processing centers)
Z axis: Effective stroke 1.2 meters (Compliance with standard sheet packing specifications)

X-axis: within the effective stroke, it can be arranged according to the arrangement of different stations to effectively save space and maximize the utilization rate of the workshop.
Z-axis: It can automatically adjust the rising and falling height, according to the different thickness of the sheet , packaging specifications to adjust.

Inkjet / Labeling machine

Labeling Machine:
1. Support for remote print input.
2. With large label, can reduce the frequency of manual replacement, save time and improve efficiency.
3. Make the label close to the material and won’t fall off.

Inkjet printer:
1. No drop off, erasable,wear-resistant.
2. No need to change labels manually.
3. Self-cleaning function.

Vacuum pump group
